New Boy, New Contract
Ulster scrum-half Isaac Boss has signed a new three-year contract at Ravenhill. The Kiwi born Irish International will now stay with Ulster until 2010.
Boss has won seven caps for Ireland and scored the final try in the memorable 43-13 win over England at Croke Park in the 2007 Six Nations.
“It is good to get the contract signed and out of the way as it can be a nervous time. Now I can focus on my rugby,” said 26-year-old Boss.
Ulster coach Mark McCall was glad to get the deal tied down.
“Isaac has made a huge impact at Ulster and is a valuable member of our squad moving forward,” said McCall.
“He is a great character to have around qt training and a quality rugby player on the pitch.”
Boss joined Ulster from Wellington Hurricanes’ in 2005.
