Ireland Drop to Sixth in the World

Ireland have dropped to Sixth in the world, dropping below Argentina (who they face in their Pool D match in Paris on 30th September) after their defeat against Scotland at the weekend.

Scotland’s win on the other hand sees them take the number 10 spot.

Ireland have the potential to move back up into the top 5 if they manage to defeat ninth ranked Italy at the end of the month.
