Date for World Cup qualifiers

The IRB has scheduled the final qualifying matches for this year’s World Cup. Two spots are left in the competition of 20.

On 10th February Tonga will face South Korea in Auckland – the winner to earn a place alongside England, South Africa, Samoa and the U.S. in Pool A.

On 20th & 27th January, Morocco will play Portugal in Casablanca and Lisbon respectively with the winners over two legs playing Uruguay in another two legged event for a Pool C place with New Zealand, Scotland, Italy and Romania.
The dates for the Uruguay matches have yet to be confirmed, but will be played by the end of March.

Canada is in Pool B with Australia, Fiji, Japan and Wales.

Pools D features France, Argentina, Georgia, Ireland and Namibia.
