O’Driscoll Aiming for the Record?

Brian O’Driscoll is within touching distance of a record that has stood since 1933, the Championship try-scoring record!

With a try in the win over Italy, O’Driscoll took his tally to 23. Ian Smith ‘The Flying Scotsman’ set the record of 24 in just 31 appearances for Scotland at a rate of three tries every four tests!

It’s 78 years since anyone has got close to Smith, O’Driscoll still has plenty of time to take it!
